Dividend Changes on the Week: ONEOK Partners, MarkWest Energy Partners, Community Trust Bancorp, Cleco Corporation, Reinsurance Group of America

ONEOK Partners, L.P. (NYSE:OKS) increases dividend to 66c from 63.5c. The board of directors of the general partner of ONEOK Partners increased the partnership?s quarterly cash distribution to 66c per unit from 63.5c per unit, effective for the Q2, resulting in an annualized cash distribution of $2.64 per unit.

MarkWest Energy Partners LP (NYSE:MWE) increases dividend 1.3% to 80c. MarkWest Energy Partners announced that the Board of Directors of the General Partner of MarkWest Energy Partners, declared a cash distribution of 80c per common unit for the Q2, for an implied annual rate of $3.20 per common unit. The Q2 distribution represents an increase of 10c per common unit, or 14.3%, compared to the Q2 of 2011 distribution and an increase of 1c per common unit, or 1.3%, compared to the Q2 of 2012 distribution.

Community Trust Bancorp Inc. (NASDAQ:CTBI) increases dividend 1.6% to 31.5c. Community Trust Bancorp increased its cash dividend to 31.5c per share, which will be paid on October 1 to shareholders of record on September 15. This represents an increase of 1.6% in the quarterly cash dividend.

Cleco Corporation (NYSE:CNL) raises quarterly dividend for fourth time since 2010. Cleco announced that its board of directors voted to raise the quarterly dividend from 31.25c per share to 33.75c per share on its common stock for the Aug. 15 payment. This new amount represents an eight percent increase in the current quarterly dividend and is Cleco?s fourth dividend increase in the past three years. The new dividend amount on an annualized basis totals $1.35 per share.

Reinsurance Group of America Inc. (NYSE:RGA) increases dividend 33% to 24c. The board of directors increased the quarterly dividend 33%, to 24c from 18c, payable August 31 to shareholders of record as of August 10.
