Sales Manger must: lead the sales team by managing and directing all aspects of the sales department including marketing, forecasting, new product development and customer relations. Employee must have minimum 5 years experience with in-depth knowledge and experience ranging from customer relations, to sales, marketing and implementation of projects. Also must have detailed knowledge and experience with dental equipment and experience in dental outside sales and experience in management of a national sales force. A solid background in developing targeted, strategic marketing plans is important as well as the ability to manage and implement the direct marketing campaigns of the company (web, print ads, brochures, collateral sales tools, trade shows etc.) Must be able to identify new marketing strategies to improve sales performance and develop sales plans. Must also be able to identify problems and opportunities for improvement.

Candidate must have experience working in all key areas of sales and marketing. Strong business-to-business relationship development. Responsible for managing existing accounts and developing new business. Work with sales team to cultivate new customer base. Oversee the dental sales process from a corporate position, while facilitating high profile issues

Must have experience with web based marketing, advertising and design as well as web based sales programs. Strong organizational skills and ability to develop and implement marketing budgets and strategies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent PC skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Four year degree optimal.

Furniture or fixture sales a plus. Travel is extensive across the US.
